Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services to patients in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer treatments such as nebulizer treatments, oxygen therapy, and other respiratory interventions.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Stay updated on new developments and best practices in respiratory therapy.

Requirements

• Current North Dakota license and AHA BLS and ACLS required.
• Additional certifications related to this specialty.
• Primary residence must be at least 50 miles from the facility address.
• 2 years of recent experience in RRT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy preferred.
• Current North Dakota license as a Respiratory Therapist.
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills in respiratory therapy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in computer systems and documentation software.

Benefits

Tax-free stipend to be determined based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week.
