Travel Respiratory Therapist - $2,379 per week

About the role

The facility features 600+ beds, a Level I trauma designation, and utilizes Epic EMR in an historic capital city along the James River.

Responsibilities

• Treatment of patients in various units including PICU, NICU, Pediatric Acute Care, and Emergency Department.
• Assessment and management of respiratory conditions using advanced equipment and techniques.
• Collaboration with other healthcare providers to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Documentation of patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Current licensure in Virginia.
• Current certifications: BLS, NRP, PALS, RRT.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
• Experience working in pediatric or critical care settings preferred.

Skills

• Proficient in the use of respiratory therapy equipment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
