Access Healthcare is seeking a travel Respiratory Therapist for a 12-week assignment in Mason City, Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care services to patients under the supervision of a physician.
• Administer treatments such as nebulizer therapy, oxygen therapy, and mechanical ventilation.
• Assess patient conditions and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in Iowa.
• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
• At least 1 year of recent clinical experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Knowledge of advanced life support (ACLS) certification.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software.
