About the role
Prime Time Healthcare is seeking a travel Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Ahoskie, North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Treatment of newborns to adults in a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU)
- Performing respiratory treatments and monitoring patients' oxygen levels
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and regulations
Requirements
- Current licensure in North Carolina
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
- At least 1 year of recent clinical experience as a Respiratory Therapist
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and potential day shifts
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
- Experience in neonatal care preferred
