Responsibilities
- Assist healthcare professionals in delivering patient care
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family
- Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs
- Evaluate learning needs of patient and/or family and provide age‑, culture‑, and condition‑appropriate education
- Advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of the patient
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year acute‑care hospital experience
- Minimum 6 months experience as an allied health professional
- Degree from an accredited school in the corresponding specialty
- Appropriate certifications and licensure as required for the position
- Demonstrated adherence to code of conduct and compliance policies
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English clearly

Hourly rate range: $50.33 – $52.34
