Travel Respiratory Therapist - $2,093 per week
About the Role
Focus Staff is seeking a traveling Respiratory Therapist to help provide quality patient care during the COVID‑19 crisis. As a member of the Respiratory Team, you will develop and ensure the patient plan of care in collaboration with physicians, registered nurses, and other therapists. Responsibilities
- Evaluating patient and recommending a treatment plan
- Providing respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical and surgical conditions
- Performing insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes
- Performing timely and accurate documentation
- Promoting continuous quality improvement
- Teaching and counseling patients/families
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Respiratory Therapist
- Current CPR or BCLS certification
- BCLS, ACLS, PALS, NALS, or NRP preferred
- Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients, and families
- At least 2 years of experience

Pay
Pay depends on location and experience. A very competitive package is offered. Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
12‑hour day shifts, three shifts per week (3x12), totaling 36 hours per week.
