About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Hartford, Connecticut.
Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care services under the supervision of a physician.
- Administer treatments such as nebulizer treatments, oxygen therapy, and other respiratory interventions.
- Assess patients' respiratory status and document findings.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
- Current license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of Connecticut.
- Experience in acute care settings preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Pass a criminal background check.
- Pass a drug screening.

- Proficient in using respiratory equipment and monitoring devices.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend to be determined.
Schedule
