Meda Health is seeking a travel Respiratory Therapist for a travel job in Des Moines, Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care services to patients under the supervision of a physician.
• Administer treatments such as nebulizers, oxygen therapy, and other respiratory therapies.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient progress and communicate with physicians and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of Iowa.
• Experience in acute care settings preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including 12-hour shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
• ACLS certification required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills.

• Proficiency in medical terminology and procedures.
