Travel Respiratory Therapist - $1,863 per week

About the role

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care services to patients under the supervision of a physician.
• Perform diagnostic testing and interpret results to develop treatment plans.
• Administer treatments such as nebulizer treatments, oxygen therapy, and other respiratory therapies.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of Wisconsin.
• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience in a hospital setting.
• Knowledge of advanced life support (ACLS) and basic life support (BLS).

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using respiratory equipment and monitoring devices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
