Travel Respiratory Therapist - $1,840 per week

About the role

Health Carousel - Travel Allied is seeking a travel Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting as soon as possible in Princeton, West Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services to patients under the supervision of a physician.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
• Administer treatments such as nebulizers, oxygen therapy, and other respiratory interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Document patient care activities and treatment outcomes accurately.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in West Virginia.
• Experience in acute care settings preferred.
• Knowledge of advanced respiratory techniques and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
• ACLS certification required.
• Current CPR certification.

Skills

• Proficient in using respiratory therapy equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
