Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on July 20, 2026, in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care services to patients under the supervision of a physician.
• Administer treatments such as nebulizers, oxygen therapy, and other respiratory interventions.
• Assess patient conditions and document progress in medical records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
• Current license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of Louisiana.
• Experience in acute care settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient in using respiratory equipment and technology.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including 12-hour shifts and weekends.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
