Travel Respiratory Therapist - $1,780 per week

Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in West Orange, New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care services to patients in hospital settings.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
• Administer treatments such as nebulizers, oxygen therapy, and other respiratory interventions.
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team members.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
• At least one year of relevant work experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Qualifications

• Experience working in acute care settings preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Skills

• Proficient in using respiratory equipment and monitoring devices.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Effective time management and organization skills.

Pay

The pay package is based on a 12-hour shift and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shifts are 12 hours long, with days off scheduled during the week.
