We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, application instructions (call for immediate consideration), duplicated lines, legal, etc.
We need to keep substantive info: location (Newark, Ohio), specialty, discipline, start date, duration, hours per week, shift, employment type, requirements (NBRC credential, CPR certification, 18 months experience preferred, ideally critical care), duties/responsibilities list, benefits list (weekly pay and direct deposit, full coverage of credentialing fees, private housing or housing allowance, group health insurance, company-paid life and disability insurance, travel reimbursement, 401(k) matching, unlimited referral bonuses up to $1,000). Also later benefits repeated: Day 1 medical, dental, vision benefits, weekly pay, unlimited referral bonuses starting at $500, on staff clinical support team, access to nationwide travel assignments, MPX+ mobile app, tax free per diems, housing stipends, travel reimbursements, etc. We need to combine benefits without duplication.
Also pay: "Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined." This is pay info but not specific amount. Should we include Pay section? The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state pay package based on shifts and hours, but no actual pay rate. It says "tax-free stipend amount to be determined." That's vague but still some info. However the rule says: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD"). "tax-free stipend amount to be determined" is similar to TBD. So we should not create a Pay section if it's just placeholder. Also schedule: we have shift 12 hours, 36 hours per week. That's schedule info. Could we create a Schedule section? The rule: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it. We have specific shift and hours. That's specific. So we could include a Schedule section with
Schedule
and then 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week.
Or maybe - 12-hour shifts
- 36 hours per week
. But rule: Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. Schedule is not a list of duties/requirements/benefits, but could be prose. We'll use
.
About the role: we could have an About the role section summarizing the job description: travel Respiratory Therapist in Newark, Ohio, specialty, discipline, start date ASAP, duration 8 weeks, employment type travel. That's substantive.
Requirements: we have NBRC credential, CPR certification, 18 months experience preferred, ideally critical care.
Responsibilities: duties list.
Benefits: we need to compile a list without duplication.
Let's extract benefits from both sections:
First benefits list:
- Weekly pay and direct deposit
- Full coverage of all credentialing fees
- Private housing or housing allowance
- Group Health insurance for you and your family
- Company-paid life and disability insurance
- Travel reimbursement
- 401(k) matching
- Unlimited Referral Bonuses up to $1,000
Second benefits list (from About MedPro):
- Day 1 medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Weekly pay and direct deposit
- Unlimited Referral Bonuses starting at $500
- On Staff Clinical Support Team
- Access to nationwide travel assignments
- MPX+ Mobile app -24/7 real-time access to jobs, credentials, assignment details, and more
- Full coverage of all credentialing fees
- Private housing or housing allowance
- Tax Free Per Diems, Housing Stipends and Travel Reimbursements
- Company-paid life and disability insurance
- Travel reimbursement
- 401(k) matching
- Benefits Weekly pay (duplicate)
- Employee assistance programs
- Referral bonus
We need to combine and deduplicate.
Let's list unique benefits:
- Weekly pay and direct deposit (mentioned multiple times)
- Full coverage of all credentialing fees
- Private housing or housing allowance
- Group Health insurance for you and your family (maybe same as Day 1 medical, dental, vision benefits? We'll keep both but could combine: Day 1 medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family is more specific. We'll include that.)
- Company-paid life and disability insurance
- Travel reimbursement
- 401(k) matching
- Unlimited Referral Bonuses (up to $1,000 / starting at $500) - we can note "Unlimited Referral Bonuses (up to $1,000)" maybe combine.
- On Staff Clinical Support Team
- Access to nationwide travel assignments
- MPX+ Mobile app - 24/7 real-time access to jobs, credentials, assignment details, and more
- Tax Free Per Diems, Housing Stipends and Travel Reimbursements (note travel reimbursement already listed; but we can keep as separate: Tax Free Per Diems, Housing Stipends)
- Employee assistance programs
- Referral bonus (maybe same as referral bonuses; we can keep as part of referral bonuses)
- Day 1 medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family (already)
- Possibly also "Benefits Day 1 medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family" already.
We should avoid redundancy: maybe combine medical benefits: "Day 1 medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family". That covers group health insurance.
We'll produce a benefits list with unique items.
Now sections: About the role, Requirements, Responsibilities, Benefits, Schedule.
We should not include Pay section because it's placeholder.
We should not include Qualifications or Skills unless present; we have requirements but not separate qualifications/skills. Could treat requirements as qualifications. But we already have Requirements section.
We need to use
for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail.
