Travel Reservations Agent

Signal Travel & Tours, Inc. is hiring a Travel Reservations Agent to support traveler requests, reservations, itinerary details, supplier follow-up, and accurate service delivery. This role is designed for someone who can keep details accurate while moving work forward.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel reservations and work connected with travel planning, tours, reservations, ticketing, traveler communication, payments, and itinerary support.
• Review traveler names, dates, routing, booking details, confirmations, and service notes for accuracy.
• Handle routine reservation or itinerary updates and keep travelers informed of next steps.
• Coordinate with internal teammates, travel suppliers, or service partners when information or confirmation is needed.
• Maintain complete booking, itinerary, customer, and follow-up records in the company’s shared systems.
• Escalate complex fare, schedule, payment, or service issues with enough context for the next owner to act quickly.

Requirements

• Strong customer-service, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Comfort learning reservation, itinerary, CRM, spreadsheet, and email workflows.
• Careful attention to names, dates, prices, confirmations, and travel details.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage several open traveler requests without losing deadlines or documentation.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Work Arrangement

This is a full-time, remote position based in the United States. The role is suitable for entry-level candidates.

Pay

$54,000 - $63,000 per year
