Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Outpatient Transplant for a 13-week assignment starting September 20, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to transplant patients in an outpatient setting.
• Assist with pre-transplant and post-transplant patient care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Experience in transplant nursing preferred.
• Knowledge of transplant protocols and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current BLS certification.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR).
