Travel Rehabilitation Therapist - $2,734 per week

About the role

Slate Healthcare is seeking a travel Rehabilitation Therapist for an outpatient setting in Berkeley, California. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients focusing on rehabilitation for upper extremity conditions, including splint fabrication and management of orthopedic diagnoses. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes for a diverse age group from adolescents to geriatrics.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient needs and create tailored treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy for upper extremity conditions
• Fabricate splints and manage orthopedic diagnoses
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care

Requirements

• California OT License
• BLS Certification
• Experience with Epic charting system
• Minimum 5 years of experience in outpatient hand therapy
• 2 professional references

Pay

Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
