Travel Rehabilitation Therapist - $2,200 per week

About the role

LanceSoft is seeking a travel Rehabilitation Therapist for a position in Honakaa, Hawaii. The start date is October 26, 2026, and the duration is 26 weeks, with a 36-hour workweek and a 12-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions to patients as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Assess patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Rehabilitation Therapist in the state of Hawaii
• Experience working in a rehabilitation setting
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and modalities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current certification in CPR and First Aid
• Pass a background check
