Travel Rehabilitation Therapist - $2,090 per week

About the role

Slate Healthcare is seeking a travel Rehabilitation Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 10, 2026, in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitation services to help patients recover and improve their daily living skills.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions in a collaborative healthcare setting.
• Work primarily during the day shift, covering 40 hours per week.
• Maintain compliance with state licensing requirements and certifications.

Requirements

• State License: Must be currently active.
• General Certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP.
• EMR System: Familiarity with an EMR system is required.
• Experience: 5 years of experience in rehabilitation therapy.
• Certifications: ASHA, CHT, ACP Training.

• Must be able to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
