Travel Rehabilitation Therapist - $1,750 per week

About the role

LanceSoft is seeking a travel Rehabilitation Therapist for a 13-week position starting on August 3, 2026, in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a home health setting.
• Document patient care using OASIS knowledge and documentation experience.
• Manage a home-based caseload independently.
• Work within a 45-mile radius of Albuquerque, NM, including Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Bernalillo, Tijeras, Bosque Farms, Los Lunas, and Belen.

Requirements

• Active New Mexico Physical Therapist License.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Home Health experience preferred.
• OASIS knowledge/documentation experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and manage a home-based caseload.
