Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitation nursing care in accordance with the assigned facility’s policies and procedures
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations

Requirements

• 2 years of recent experience in rehabilitation nursing
• Current BLS required (ACLS may be required depending on facility)
• Valid license and/or certification in the state of practice
• Valid Driver’s License
