Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care for a 13-week assignment starting August 17, 2026, in Peoria, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a long-term care setting.
• Assist with daily living activities as needed.
• Monitor patient health and report changes to healthcare providers.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Document patient care and treatment in accordance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Illinois.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
