Travel Rehabilitation Nurse - $2,066 per week

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care for a 9-week assignment starting July 13, 2026, in Littleton, Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a long-term care setting.
• Assist with daily living activities as needed.
• Document patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Colorado.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights.
• Must be willing to travel to various locations within Colorado.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
