Travel Rehabilitation Nurse - $1,929 per week

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care for a 12-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in Berlin, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
• Assist with daily living activities as needed.
• Document patient care in accordance with facility policies and regulations.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current state RN license.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Knowledge of long-term care protocols and procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours, including 12-hour shifts.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay
