Travel Rehabilitation Nurse - $1,873 per week

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care for a 13-week assignment starting September 14, 2026, in Salem, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a long-term care setting.
• Assist with daily living activities as needed.
• Document patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Virginia.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights.
• Must be willing to travel to various locations within Virginia.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of long-term care protocols and procedures.
