About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Dallas, Texas.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a long-term care setting
- Assist with daily living activities as needed
- Monitor and record patient health data
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
- Ensure patient safety and comfort
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Texas
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in long-term care preferred

Pay
