About the role
Greenstaff Medical US-Travel is seeking a travel nurse RN for a rehabilitation and medical-surgical assignment in Windsor, Vermont.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates total nursing care for patients
- Participates in patient and family teaching
- Provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice
- May be asked to work as a backup Charge Nurse
- May float between Acute Rehab and Med Surg (within scope of practice)
Requirements
- 2 years recent Med Surg & Rehab experience (Required)
- Charge RN experience (Required)
- Previous travel experience (at least 3 months) (Required)
- Willingness to float to other units as needed (Required)
Schedule
- Start Date: 08/31/2026
- Duration: 13 weeks
- 36 hours per week
- Shift: 12 hours, nights
Work Environment
- EMR: Cerner
- Nurse to patient ratio: 1 to 4/5
- Average daily patient census: 22
