About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Rehabilitation Med Surg for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in Windsor, Vermont.
Responsibilities
- Treatment of patients in a rehabilitation setting
- Assisting with physical, occupational, and speech therapy
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Providing direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Vermont
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in rehabilitation settings preferred
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Proficiency in rehabilitation nursing techniques
- Knowledge of rehabilitation equipment and its proper use

Pay
The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
