Travel Rehab Services - $1,449 per week
Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Rehabilitation Therapist in Danville, California.
About the role
This 13-week travel assignment offers an opportunity to make a significant impact as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in a Rehabilitation Center setting. The role is on-site with a day shift schedule of 5x8 hours per week, up to 40 hours.
Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing personalized treatment plans developed by physical therapists
- Provide therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patient function and mobility
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising physical therapist
- Educate patients and families on exercise techniques and safety measures
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient sessions and progress
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care
- Support discharge planning and facilitate continuity of care as needed
Requirements
- Completion of accredited PTA program
- Completion of National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
- CA PTA licensure/certification
- First Aid Certifications (BLS) strongly recommended
Pay
$1,426.53 - $1,470.65 per week
