Travel Rehab RN - $1,929 per week

About the role

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Rehabilitation for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in Winchester, Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Tennessee.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in rehabilitation nursing preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in computer systems and documentation software.

• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shifts are 12 hours, nights, with a start date of August 3, 2026.
