Travel Rehab RN - $1,922 per week

About the role

Jackson Nurse Professionals is seeking a travel nurse RN Rehabilitation for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, at a facility in Clive, Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitation nursing care to patients as directed by physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• 2 years of recent experience in Rehabilitation Nursing.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (certifications vary by location – this job may require ACLS).
• Valid license and/or certification in the state of practice.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Pass background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• 2 years of recent experience in area of specialty listed on job.
• Current BLS required (certifications vary by location – job may require ACLS).
• Valid license and/or certification in state of practice.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Background and drug screen.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills in rehabilitation nursing.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
