About the Role

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for an inpatient rehabilitation position in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. This is a 13-week contract role with a start date as soon as possible. The facility is a state-of-the-art, 59-bed hospital specializing in the recovery of individuals with severe injuries or illnesses such as strokes, traumatic brain injuries (TBIs), post-orthopedic surgeries, and motor vehicle accidents.

Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care and support to a diverse patient population.
  • Monitor patient conditions and vital signs, and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Educate patients and families about their treatment plans and recovery processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health records (EHR).

Requirements

  • Current RN license in Pennsylvania or an accepted license from a compact state.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Previous experience in rehabilitation or acute care settings preferred.

Schedule

  • 13-week contract position.
  • 36 hours per week, 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM).
  • Every other weekend requirement.
