Travel Rehab RN - $1,695 per week

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our rehabilitation team. The RN will provide comprehensive care to patients recovering from various conditions, including neurological and orthopedic injuries. The ideal candidate will have experience in inpatient rehabilitation settings and possess a passionate commitment to patient care. This travel nursing position starts ASAP, lasts 13 weeks, with 36 hours per week on 12‑hour night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients' health status and respond to their needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Assist with daily activities and rehabilitation exercises.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Educate patients and families on health management and rehabilitation goals.

Requirements

• Active RN license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience; new graduates will not be considered.
• Experience with inpatient rehabilitation preferred, specifically with neuro and ortho patients.

Schedule

• Shift: 12‑hour nights.
• Schedule options: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, with every other weekend rotation.
