Travel Rehab RN - $1,634 per week

About the role

Jackson Nurse Professionals is seeking a travel nurse RN Rehabilitation for a 13-week assignment starting August 10, 2026, at a facility in Asheville, North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitation nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Assess patients' physical, emotional, and psychological needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer treatments and medications as prescribed by physicians.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• 2 years of recent experience in rehabilitation nursing.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (certifications vary by location).
• Valid license and/or certification in the state of practice.
• Valid driver's license.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Qualifications

• Completed a nursing program accredited by an accrediting body recognized by the NCNE.
• Current BLS certification required (certifications vary by location).
• Valid license and/or certification in the state of practice.
• Valid driver's license.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
