Travel Nurses, Inc. is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a position in Honokaa, Hawaii.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a Long Term Care setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient conditions and progress, adjusting treatments as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Hawaii.
• Experience in Long Term Care settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Current CPR certification.
