Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - $1,814 per week

About the role

LifePoint is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week assignment at UP Health - Bell Hospital in Ishpeming, Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services to patients under the supervision of a physician.
• Perform diagnostic procedures such as arterial blood gas analysis, pulse oximetry, and peak flow monitoring.
• Administer treatments including nebulizer therapy, oxygen therapy, and aerosol medications.
• Document patient care activities and treatment plans in medical records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in the state of Michigan.
• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
• At least 1 year of recent clinical experience in a hospital setting.
• Knowledge of respiratory assessment techniques and therapeutic interventions.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Pay
