About the role
HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a 13‑week assignment at Kindred Hospital Lima. This is a full‑time travel position working 40 hours per week on 8‑hour night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Assist healthcare professionals in delivering patient care
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family
- Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs
- Evaluate learning needs of patient and/or family and provide age‑, culture‑, and condition‑appropriate education
- Advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of the patient
Requirements
- Minimum one (1) year acute care experience in a hospital setting
- Degree from an accredited respiratory therapy program
- Appropriate certifications and licensure as required for the position
- Demonstrated adherence to code of conduct and compliance policies
- Ability to communicate clearly — read, write, speak, and understand English

Hourly rate range: $60.00 – $62.40
