Voca Healthcare is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a 11-week assignment starting on August 31, 2026, in Edison, New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with respiratory conditions.
- Administer treatments such as nebulizer treatments, oxygen therapy, and other respiratory interventions.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
- Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a hospital setting.
- Knowledge of advanced respiratory techniques and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam.
- Experience with critical care and emergency department settings preferred.
