Job Summary
The Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) position in Hackensack, New Jersey, involves providing specialized respiratory care to pediatric and adult patients within a hospital setting. Job Details
- Certifications: Current and valid New Jersey Respiratory Care license, NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification, BLS (AHA), ACLS, PALS
- Education Requirements: Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
- Degree Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
- Location Requirements: Hackensack, New Jersey
- Experience: 1+ year of recent respiratory therapy experience, including ICU experience and ventilator management
Required Qualifications
- Valid NJ license
- Active RRT certification
- Minimum of one year of ICU and ventilator experience
- Willingness to float to adult ICU and intermediate care areas

Additional Information
- Position is a 13-week contract requiring at least one year of licensed RT experience, with flexible floating to various ICU and care floors as needed.

Pay Package
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
