Supplemental Health Care is hiring Respiratory Therapists for contract assignments at partnering hospitals in Wausau, Wisconsin. This is a 13‑week travel contract with an ASAP start, 36 hours per week on 12‑hour night shifts. NOC shifts are available. The contract may be extended.

Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Care Practitioner
• 1–2 years minimum acute care experience
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification — American Heart Association required
• Active Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Active Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to handle a multi‑task environment
• Basic PC skills (Windows NT and computerized respiratory equipment)

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care services to individual patients and their families by applying the clinical process: assessing, care planning, implementing, documenting, and evaluating care
• Respond to medical emergencies throughout the facility
• Perform routine maintenance on respiratory equipment

Compensation

$1,863 – $2,034 per week. Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
