Health Carousel - Travel Allied is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a position in Portland, Maine.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services to patients in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
• Administer treatments such as nebulizer treatments, oxygen therapy, and other respiratory therapies.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in the state of Maine.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in respiratory therapy.
• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
• Knowledge of advanced respiratory techniques and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shifts are 12 hours, nights, and the start date is ASAP with a duration of 26 weeks.
