HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a travel job in Alexandria, Louisiana.
Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services to patients in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Administer treatments such as nebulization, oxygen therapy, and other respiratory interventions.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain equipment and supplies in good working order.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in the state of Louisiana.
- Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in respiratory therapy.
- Knowledge of advanced respiratory techniques and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam.
- Current CPR certification.
