About the role
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) located in Hartsville, TN. This position involves providing specialized respiratory care in an Emergency Department and Medical-Surgical unit. The role requires independence, critical thinking, and minimal supervision for delivering high-quality patient care.
The Respiratory Therapist will work primarily in the Emergency Department and Medical-Surgical units, managing a diverse patient population with a focus on pediatric respiratory needs.
Requirements
- CRT/RRT license issued by the Tennessee Board of Respiratory Care
- ABG endorsement
- At least 2 years of experience, including one travel assignment
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Ability to work independently
Schedule
Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
Additional information
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work independently as the only Respiratory Therapist on shift.
Candidates must be 60 miles or greater from the facility to be considered for travel assignment.

Pay
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
