Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist - $1,512 per week

About the role

American Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a critical care contract assignment in Englewood, Colorado. The position is expected to start on July 20, 2026, and last for 13 weeks. Candidates must have at least 1 year of current acute care RRT hospital experience, BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications, and NICU/PEDS experience and Level 1 Trauma experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy to acute care patients, including ventilator assessments and breathing treatments.
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses, utilizing Hamilton G5 and C1 ventilators.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care and safety.

Requirements

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Colorado.
• Be willing to obtain state licensure if not already licensed.

Qualifications

• Qualified applicants MUST have at least 1 year of current acute care RRT hospital experience.

Skills

• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications.
• NICU/PEDS experience and Level 1 Trauma experience are preferred.
• Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Colorado.
• Willingness to obtain state licensure if not already licensed.

Pay and Schedule
