Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in a stepdown unit, ensuring optimal recovery and safety.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and collaborate with healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical protocols.
- Support patient education and comfort.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Tele, PCU, or Stepdown RN.
- Active BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Valid RN license.
- Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
