Travel Registered Nurse - Skilled Nursing - $2,229 per week

About the role

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Skilled Nursing for a 13-week assignment starting September 29, 2026 in Falmouth, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Massachusetts.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting preferred.

Pay

The pay package is based on an 8-hour shift and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
