What You’ll Do (Job Responsibilities)
- Providing high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients in LTAC.
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborating seamlessly with night-shift physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Monitoring patient vitals, administering medications, and quickly recognizing/responding to deteriorating patient conditions.
- Documenting patient care accurately and efficiently using the facility's EMR System.
What We’re Looking For (Requirements)
- Experience: Experienced in a LTAC setting. Prior travel nursing experience is highly preferred.
- Licenses: Active, unrestricted RN license in Missouri.
- Certifications: Active BLS and ACLS (AHA approved). Either a specialized LTAC or critical care related certification is preferred.
- Flexibility: Comfortable working a consistent night shift schedule, including rotating weekends and holidays as needed.
