Responsibilities

• Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple hospital locations and/or regions as needed
• Incorporate and demonstrate standard elements of professional practice: assess, outcomes identification/solutions, plan, implement, evaluate
• Act independently within license, scope of knowledge, and experience
• Retain accountability for delegation, choices, decisions, and outcomes
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and contribute to quality improvement practices and outcomes
• Exhibit agility and willingness to take on new and additional responsibilities
• Embrace new ideas and cultural differences while managing competing priorities

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment
• Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical experience in specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department, and Behavioral Health
• Maintain credentials required per specialty area (e.g., ACLS, TNCC)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association

Pay

Pay range: $37.67–$42.67 per hour plus tax-free allowance if qualified. Actual compensation varies based on experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification, and comparisons to current colleagues in similar roles.

Schedule

13-week assignment starting ASAP. Hours: 5x8-hour shifts, day shift. Gross weekly rate: $2,840.00.
