About the role

Qualified RNs float throughout the hospital and/or multiple hospital locations and/or regions. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while acting independently within your license and scope of practice. The role includes delegation, collaboration with stakeholders, quality improvement, and embracing new responsibilities and cultural differences.

Responsibilities

• Act independently and appropriately within your license, scope of knowledge, and experience.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
• Minimum of eighteen (18) months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele, and PCU.
• Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department, and Behavioral Health.
• Required credentials per specialty (e.g., ACLS, TNCC). BLS, ACLS, and PALS must be obtained through the American Heart Association.

Pay

Gross weekly rate: $2,412.00.

Schedule

• 13-week assignment.
• 3x12-hour shifts (night shift).
• Start date: ASAP.
