Travel Registered Nurse, RN, ICU

About the Role

FirstChoice is Trinity Health's mobile staffing solution offering premium compensation and maximum flexibility for experienced Registered Nurses. Assignments are short and long-term throughout the health system, with nationwide and regional opportunities available.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple hospital locations and/or regions as needed.
• Incorporate and demonstrate standard elements of professional practice: assess, outcomes identification/solutions, plan, implement, and evaluate.
• Act independently within your license, scope of knowledge, and experience in your practice area while retaining accountability for delegation, choices, decisions, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and contribute to quality improvement practices and outcomes.
• Exhibit agility and willingness to take on new and additional responsibilities, embracing new ideas and cultural differences while managing competing priorities.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
• Minimum of eighteen (18) months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele, and PCU.
• Minimum of two (2) years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department, and Behavioral Health.
• Maintain credentials required per specialty area (e.g., ACLS, TNCC).
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS must be obtained through the American Heart Association.

Pay

Gross weekly rate: $2,736.

Schedule

• 13-week assignment.
• 3x12-hour shifts (night shift).
