The Position
The Home Health Nurse provides skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, focusing on promoting health, preventing disease, and helping patients manage chronic conditions. Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of current work experience providing in HOME HEALTH
- Michigan State Healthcare Provider license or willing to obtain one
